Location: Jenkintown, Abington, Huntingdon Valley, Cheltenham, Dresher, Elkins Park, Flourtown, Fort Washington, Glenside, Hatboro, Jenkintown, Oreland, Willow Grove, Wyncote, Melrose Park, and Philadelphia.

This is a 100% commission-based role designed for a self-starter who thrives on networking, building relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, skilled nursing, or senior living.
You will represent A Place At Home – Glenside in the community and develop strong referral partnerships throughout Eastern Montgomery County and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
- Skilled nursing facilities & rehab centers
- Hospitals & discharge planners
- Assisted living communities
- Independent living communities
- Hospice agencies
- Physicians’ offices
- Social workers & case managers
- Skilled nursing facilities & rehab centers
- Conduct in-person marketing visits and community outreach
- Attend networking events and community functions
- Track referral sources and maintain follow-up communication
- Educate partners on:
- Private Pay Home Care
- VA Benefits
- Medicaid Waivers (ACT 150 & OBRA)
- Long-Term Care Insurance
- Private Pay Home Care
- Meet and exceed monthly referral and revenue goals
Compensation

100% Commission-Based
- High earning potential (uncapped)

Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare marketing preferred (home care, hospice, rehab, senior services)
- Established referral relationships a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently
