About the Role:
A Place At Home Glenside is looking for a driven and compassionate Healthcare Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Jenkintown, PA. Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a network of referral sources including hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and social workers
- Conduct consultative sales meetings with prospective clients and their families to assess home care needs
- Present and promote A Place At Home's home care services to healthcare professionals and community partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to drive consistent lead generation
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless client onboarding
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare sales, home care, or a related field strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a flexible, commission-based structure
- Knowledge of the senior care, home health, or healthcare industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for helping seniors and families
